Israeli Street Food

Falafel is probably the most famous street food in Israel; however, if you stroll down the streets of Tel Aviv or any other town in Israel, there are plenty of other quick, satisfying, inexpensive street food experiences. In this class, our instructor, an Israeli native, will share homemade versions of famed Israeli street flavors, along with must-have sides (some homemade, a few store-bought), and many cooking tips that will help you bring these street staples into your kitchen. The menu will include Jerusalem bagel, shawarma, Sabich, and an iconic Israeli street dessert. Cooking will be mostly demonstrated by the instructor but be ready for at least one hands-on dish. All prepared dishes will be served throughout the class. 
The event is 2.5 hours long and takes place at the instructor’s home in Needham, MA.
